Inspired by the famous Takato Joshi Koen, a cherry blossom viewing park in Nagano where Senjo Brewery has been established since 1866, SAKURA depicts a traditional Japanese woman cloaked in a red kimono holding a wagasa as she basks in the full splendor of cherry trees.

Newly emerged as a Bronze winner in the renowned International Wine & Spirit Competition 2023, Sakura Gin captures the palettes and hearts of many with its refreshing tasting note – “fresh floral, citrus blossom and pink peppercorn nose. Lemon sherbet, strawberry and salty. A pine-fresh finish”.
A passion project born out of the 156-year-old Senjo Brewery’s mission “to develop rice fermentation culture to the future”, this juniper-rich craft gin is made from a base distillate of Sakamai sake rice, pure water from the Japanese Alps and infusion of fresh Sakura leaves, which are carefully handpicked from more than 30 Takato Zakura trees – a special species of Sakura with exceptional fragrance found only in this region of Japan – planted and lovingly tended in Senjo Brewery’s private garden.
Hachinohe Premium Mackerel
A first of its kind initiative with the government of Hachinohe city, Aomori prefecture, Adeline created a set of four vibrant whimsical finger-paintings inspired by the Hachinohe coast and its sea gems to package this limited production batch of premium mackerel.

Wild caught at a single origin off the Hachinohe coast, the limited production small batch of premium mackerel was processed at Japan’s only EU-HAACP-certified facility.
