I would sow and reap the harvest.

And when I sat alone in my secret places,
I thought about refuge, comfort, peace.

It was my other self,
a lesser drama, my backseat, my backstage,
my secret upper room.
No pretense.
Just me and my simple heart.

The art of living would be painted with a beautiful smile,
quiet, watchful, being, without knowing it all.
But with the faith to believe that there is more to come. 

At last, just as a morning glory unravels splendidly each
new dawn,
My heart blossoms, my life illuminated.
